SCIP Optimization Suite 10.0.0

Hello everyone,

A new major release of the SCIP Optimization Suite has been released, 
including GCG 4.0.0, PaPILO 3.0.0, SCIP 10.0.0, SoPlex 8.0.0, UG 1.0.0 
(no longer beta), and ZIMPL 3.7.0.

The new release is available in source code or precompiled form at

Next to exact MILP solving, plenty of new features and other 
improvements have been added. Read about them in the release report:
