catkin-related changes in orogen

Hi.

Could I have some overview of what you are changing in the orogen 
templates ? I hope you have not forgotten how much you broke orogen two 
or three years ago by not double-checking build system changes with the 
main orogen users, namely the rock developers.

Right now, I have a few minor obvious issues, and a big question mark on 
how it would affect orogen-generated packages in Rock.
