Please keep the discussion on the mailinglist, and please write full words, it is hard to read your sentences without knowing that you mean " you " when you write " v ". As for your question: a Frame just represents a homogeneous transformation matrix. So the reference frame is what you choose it to be. You could e.g. define your trajectory with respect to the base frame of the robot, or with respect to the world frame... It depends on what you want to do.
