Glossary page...

I added a ``glossary'' page at <http://www.orocos.org/glossary.html>.

Please send suggestions for terminology that you think needs such
an explicit description (because different people understand different
things under the same name).

Maybe it's also useful as documentation with the code.

Henrik: you mentioned something about the robotics encyclopaedia; can
you post the link, please, because we'd better synchronize with that
effort, wouldn't we?
