I indeed have to find a good motivation for defending this in the proposal... I was thinking of the following: in the proposal, we have to find two responsibles for each Work Package; the reasons to choose two are: mutual motivation and control, and faster response times to external/internal contributions or remarks; there exist sufficient electronic tools to make people contribute closely, even when separated spatially.
