The structure of the motion control core in motconframe_hc.pdf file
(fig. 3) and the corresponding one in motconframe.pdf (fig. 1) are 
slightly different: an arrow has been deleted (from modelling to 
sensing) and one is added (from sensing/scanner to planning/generator).
What advantages does this modification take?
