First draft of "OROCOS II" proposal

Dear Orocos member,

We are very interesting to participate to the European project Orocos. We
have worked since 15 years in virtual and augmented reality and we have
strong experience in real-time physics-based simulation, virtual environment
modeling as well as motion control (virtual humans and robots). Our
contribution could go to the Workpackage 2 "Modelling and simulation".
Please let me know if we can participate to this project.
