Orocos II: too tough to get deadline...

I have been swamped by too much unproductive deadlines the last
months, such that I don't feel comfortable to submit an "Orocos II"
proposal for the October 15 deadline. I will work towards a next
submission.  Alternatively, a STREPS project is a possibility that I
want to consider. These projects have no submission deadlines, must be
very focused and concrete, and have a "small" consortium.
