orocos core documentation

    In the core documentation, under the heading "/Threads and Realtime 
execution of your program//"/ you have a missing picture (fig 3.4). 
Would you be able to update the site to include this, as I am trying to 
gain an understanding of C++ RTAI programming.

Additionally, if someone could provide a very basic example of using C 
and C++, ie. creating and accessing a C++ object, it would be greatly 
appreciated... as a guide to understanding how Orocos does it (sorry, my 
C/C++ coding skills are a bit rusty).
