doctoral programme's chance on OROCOS!

I am very sorry to contact with you through this list .I ever wrote to
you but got no reply to my letter ,so I guess that I got one wrong
E-mail address. Please pardon me for writing this letter.

I have known you for a long time through this mailing list and
your home page.I am a graduate student in China , my research thesis
is about Commputer-Numerial-Control .So I have paid a lot of attention on
OROCOS for about 5 months and I am deeply allured by this
software and its correlative field. As a result, I want to persue
my doctoral degree on OROCOS and its similar research projects.

Can you tell me if there is one opportunity to join your group
for my doctoral programme?
