Summary: new log driver: postlog

Initial Comment:
This patch adds new massive driver that can store logs into PostgreSQL database. It can store data and commands. In order to store commands it should cooperate with patched cmdsplitter driver (patch is waiting on a tracker). Currently supported interfaces are:
- position1d (data and commands)
- position2d (data and commands)
- position3d (data and commands)
- aio (data and commands)
- bumper (data)
- dio (data and commands)
- gripper (data and commands)
- ptz (data and commands)
- ranger (data)
- speech (commands)
It is possible to store time information from four different sources: PostgreSQL clock, Player global time, message header time and unix time() function. Analyzing differences tells you much about Player server time dependencies.
