I think it's time to remove this playerconf script from trunk as it seems 
to be autotools-bound.

Hi,

   I am not an expert on Player, but when you untar the archive there is
   an "INSTALL" file. The 3.0.2 version is using cmake, not the
   "./configure" scripts. There is script "playerconf" on the root dir,

   but it does not work because "./configure" is missing.

   The instructions on "INSTALL" are just:

   $ make build
   $ cd build
   $ cmake ../

   If you want to configure Player, type ccmake instead.
