This patch fixes the particle allocation bug (already noted in the source) in the fakelocalize driver. The unpatched version of fakelocalize accesses an uninitialized pointer if the PLAYER_LOCALIZE_REQ_GET_PARTICLES message is requested resulting in a Segementation Fault.
