Initial Comment:
In examples files of Gazebo, the name libgazeboplugin shall be renamed (svn trunk) for libgazeboplayerplugin.

Also, it seems impossible to control a Ptz using playerv in Player-SVN(8847) and Gazebo-SVN(8847). It just does not respond ...

Trying to create a SimulationProxy cause a "playerc error  : timed out waiting for server reply to request player:0:request:3"
