Summary: New Pioneer parameters (including Seekur and Seekur Jr.)

Initial Comment:

This patch adds parameters for seekur, seekurjr and researchPB robot types (researchPB is a new name for patrolbot-sh) to robot_types.h and robot_types.cc in the p2os driver .

Also included are various new parameters used by Aria 2.7+. Most of these new parameters describe how a laser is connected to the computer , what kind of laser it is, and what kind of options are available on that laser. The robot parameter files actually contain slots for many lasers, but these Player parameters only have one set. I don't know if these new parameters are useful in player (where the player config file defines most of it), and many of them are just 0 because they were empty in the .p file, which means "use a default value".

Note, to generate this from the .p files using saphconv.tcl, I had to make a few changes to saphconv.tcl, those are in another patch.

Apply this patch from inside the server/drivers/mixed/p2os directory.

The patch is against svn revision 8859.
