Summary: Player: Util playerv: Lower Z-Order for map visualization

Initial Comment:
This patch lowers the Z order of the map visualization in the playerv utility so it does not hide sensor data visualizations any longer. This makes it possible to view map data and e.g. laser / ranger data simultaneously. It's against the latest SVN revision 8947.
