Summary: Compilation errors solved on PRINT_DEBUGX macros

Initial Comment:
When the PRINT_DEBUGX macros are enabled on Stage (compiling with -DDEBUG), some compilation and runtime errors arise (of course all placed on calls to PRINT_DEBUGX). I have corrected all compilation errors and hopefully, all runtime errors (as they are pointed by warnings) in this patch.
