Summary: Lego NXT driver

Initial Comment:
Driver for USB connected bricks, supporting power and the three position1d actuators. Sensor ports not supported.
An upcoming patch with a 'differential' driver allows taking two position1d interfaces and managing them as a single differential-drive position2d interface.
Using these two, one can command e.g. with a nettop a lego mobile robot.
