Thanks for your update. I like it (especially the driver/plugin section I was missing before).

Furthermore I guess it would make sense to add tutorials on special scenarios, e.g.

- How to setup navigation (which drivers, alternatives, config settings etc.)
- How to setup map building/SLAM (drivers, alternatives, configs)

And a place where all player included drivers are sorted according to there categories (e.g. similar to  the player/server/drivers/ directory).
(Maybe that should stay in the doxygen docu).

Of course I would be contributing.
