Minutes of ERPS General Meeting #290
02 September 2004

The President called the meeting to order at 8:27 PM. Members present were 
Rick Eversole, Sean Lynch, Pierce Nichols, Julie Porter, Michael Wallis and 
David Weinshenker.

	We are short of the approximately $3500 needed to pay the rent for 2005 on 
Unit #26.

	We continue to operate without a budget for the remainder of fiscal year 
2004.

	A check has been written to cover the cost of the generator (see 
propellants).

	The insulated box was not sufficient to overcome heat losses in the 
freewheel design. The next step is to use a system with more capacity. A 
new compressor is on order.

Gizmocopter

	Progress is being made on Gizmocopter. The latest issues appear related to 
an apparent corrupted flash memory on the PC104 board. Next steps are to 
fix this issue. Serial communications are now working.

	A suggestion was made to attempt a full day working session in an attempt 
to focus efforts to get Gizmocopter working.
