Near as I can make out (overlaying the incident map from 
CDF with the ranch location on google-maps) it might have 
just missed... (ranch location is the red dot between the
green crosshairs...)

This assumes that the feature with the 3 large 
water tanks that we saw on the google satellite
map last weekend is actually the ranch location,
and that the CDF map of the perimeter was accurate...
