unfortunately i read it quoted from some mosanto, canada, rep./executive--on 
some email or listserve--a few years ago--and i didnt keep it--I think they 
shut him up real fast--it might have been from the Etc group in North 
Carolina-but it was when the question first came up in a bigger way (maybe with 
rapeseed/canola in Canada?) of cross pollination from GMO into other plants (although 
I also recollect the statement MAY have been made in reference to corn)

yes it is insidious and it is a strategy
