Saw this months ago also. Don't recall source but afaik it was sound. 
Above linke gives references to actual sections and paragraphs of the 
occupation law.

Note that the "sovereign" Iraqi government is not bound to continue the 
interim laws of the occupation government and can change them - and, 
they are all US pets and/or puppets so they may not choose to bite the 
hand that gave them power...over daytime Kabul anyhow... :-p).

Above article ends with:

"As per an Iraqi proverb, the day will come, sooner rather than later, 
when the Iraqis will shred Bremer’s Laws, soak them in water and offer 
the glass to Bremer to drink."

Might be better if they composted them and/or used the shredded paper 
for mulch on their open-pollinated heirloom seeds... :-)
