Paul, Great for your actions!!! Can you do both? Are you not a member of the world community as well as your local community? Besides, it is OUR govt. and transnationals that are the major perps here....I see it as only right that as citizens of this country (and the world) we take whatever action we can. Whenever I can't take action, I donate...even a coupla bucks. I don't have alotta $$. Besides it's also away to congratulate the folks who ARE acting and, like, uh, giving them some sort of emotional boost. These are the folks that are dealing with 'stops' all the time. After all, someone could be having a particularly bad day...gets in a coupla bucks and it cheers 'em up. You never know what your pebble-in-the-pond will affect. Even slacktivism is great. Just pass on some info in a postitve direction. I don't see the need for limits. Power to the people...power to the universe, Kit ----- Original Message ----- From: "Globalcircle" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, January 29, 2005 9:40 AM Subject: Re: [Ecobal]Save the Seeds Movement...was Consensus > > I practice and promote growing your own, seed saving, cooperation, and > community self reliance.
