and if we are going to change those old paradigms the we must evolve --we 
must change. not because we are forced to but because we know the way we are 
living and thinking isnt working anymore. in evolving there is a continued checkig 
in with what works and what doesnt

Consensus can and does work. What one wants to call it isnt critical. But 
with enough intentionality it can work. And people can change. And do And must if 
we are to survive.
