WE the people of this planet, need to share a common WEvision of the Whole
Earth, West, East working in harmony to provide one universal WEsolution to
all our ecological, economic, political and religious concerns.  WE need to
WEmind all the WEmembers of Earth that this is the WE century and WE are all
part of the WEgeneration.  We all share a common H.O.M.E. (Here On Mother
Earth) and it is our WEsponsibility to preserve and protect this planet and
to love and WEspect our fellow inhabitants.  WE need to WEvise the way WE
think, the way WE speak and the way WE act in order to manifest this
WEvision into WEality.  No longer is there an "us and them" dichotomy.  This
separation has been WEplaced with the WE level of awareness and this WEness
will WEsult in the WEsolution of all earthly concerns.  WE need to WEname
all terms in this WEality.  Therefore, the WEvision is our vision WE all
will contribute and join this WEvolution.  WE are all WElated and part of
the Huebeing race.

Ecologically, there is only one planet, Earth ­ one giant, living and moving
organism.  Earth has no manmade borders or unnatural separations; therefore
there can be only one World Ecology, the WEcology.  WE all the people of
this planet, must work harmoniously to WEduce, WEuse and WEcycle our
products to preserve and protect our natural WEsources.  WE all must use
less and share and conserve more.  WEforestation and WEjuvenation of Earth
is everWEone¹s WEsponsibility.  WE have all contributed in some way to
offset the balance of Nature so WE all must work together to WEstore this
balance and WEvive and WEplenish our common Mother Earth.

The worldwide economic recession can be WEplaced with a fruitful and
prosperous WEcovery  by WEestablishing a world economy or WEconomy.  This
WEconomy would WEunite all the separate economies into a network free of
restrictions and tariffs and allow a WEmarket system to operate and
flourish.  We need to have one universal montarWE system and one common
medium of exchange called monWE.  This would eliminate insecurities,
shortages, and manipulations that have created our present-day economic
crises.  This WEconomy would WEdistribute, WEstructure and WEvive our
economic systems and WEsult in a prosperous WEsession of peace and plenty
for posterity.

Our political concerns can be WEsolved through a peaceful WEvolution and the
WEstoration of the WEpublic of Earth.  This worldwide WEgime would be a
combiNation and all people would be WEmembers and be equally WEpresented.
These WEunited Nations of Earth would be a world commonWEalth based on the
same political system that has worked for over 200 years in the United
States.  This WEmocracy would have a central federal government and a
multitude of WEgional governments very similar to our state governments.
All governments would work in harmony and there would be no need for massive
defense expenditures.  Consequently, the treasurWE of Earth would have a
WEfund to provide WElief to all the hungry, sick and homeless people.
Everyone would go to sleep at night with food, bed and a roof over their
head.  All WE have to do is WEvise the way WE think of WEality.  All people
are part of the same familWE and are entitled to the basic essentials of
existence.

Our religious concerns can be WEsolved by the universal WEalization of the
Woness of hue-  beings and by the WEbirth and WEvival of the one true
WElegion of Love of all beings.  WE huebeings are all merely various hues or
colors of light emanating from one Eternal Source of Light energy called by
various names but meaning the same in all religions.  WE need to WEfocus
this WEalization and share a WEvelation and WEsurrection of the one true
WEall WEssiah called WEisUS.  WE must love and WEspect all WEs on this most
beautiful of planetary homes.  Universal WEdemption and WEjoicing will
WEsult.

Finally, WE must WEplace nuclear fission with New Clear Vision and nuclear
reactions with New Clear WEactions.  WE need to WEmind our fellow WEmembers
that WE all belong to the huebeing famiWE and there are no blacks, reds,
yellows or whites.  There are no Americans, Russians, Canadians or Iraqis.
WE are all WEmembers of the huebeing race.  WE all share the same WEality
and WE need to WEmember that there is "plenty for the world¹s needs but not
greed" and that "Where there is no WEvision, the people perish."  So let us
always Love and WEspect all WEs.
 HOW WE GOT HERE


Many people are finally reaching the WE level.  It is similar to water
boiling.  Molecules of water heat up and pierce the surface a few at a time
and escape.  Then more and more follow until finally the entire water turns
into a boiling, churning mass.  The same is true with the Weall(I)zation.  A
few points of light have reached the WE level and popped out and now more
and more awake beings are reaching the WE level and finally a boiling
cauldron of awareness will break all people out of their separate states and
blend them into the enlightened state of Universal Awareness on the WE
level.

How did WE get here?  Better yet, since the WE level is the true state of
man¹s existence, how did we divert ourselves from this WE level and delude
ourselves into thinking of ourselves as separate beings not having any
connection with each other.

In order to discover the truth, WE must travel back in time to the
beginning.  The very beginning of time and existence.

First we must think of ourselves as spiritual awareness and as a universal
mind that has existed eternally but whose only material beginning started
with the physical appearance of matter on this plane or planet of being.

Simply stated, WE have always existed but the beginning relates to the
"beginning" of our physical state.  Hence, "In the beginning" means when
physical existence began and when time as we know it started.

This beginning has been referred to as the "Big Bang" and it merely is the
transition from the pure spiritual state of existence into the physical
state.  This took place with a bang, at least that is what scientists call
it, but actually everything in existence was there at the beginning and what
is happening is a rearranging of the totality of existence.  Look at it this
way, what I am telling you is a truth you already know.  Did I tell you
something new or was I merely retelling an existing truth?  There is no new
knowledge only remembering things already known.  Therefore, life as we know
it is merely the outward expression of already existing truths of being and
existence.  Everything that has taken place since time began or the Big Bang
already existed at the beginning of time.  The chemical molecules and
protons, neutrons, electrons all existed and they have just been scrambling
and unscrambling since that time into different situations and occurrences
that WE perceive with our physical senses and minds as different entities,
experiences and ideas.  The colors of a painting exist and the way the
artist puts them on the canvas is the permutations or combinations, but the
paint already existed.  It is a very easy concept to accept if you have
reached the WE level of spiritual awareness.  If you are still trying to
reach the ME level fighting for your own personal identity and creative
powers, you will have a difficult time achieving and understanding the WE
level of awareness.  WE exist: therefore, WE are Wone.  Some people prefer
to stay at the unconsciousness level  but other beings are like the heated
bubbles of water and have no choice but to break forth from the endless
chain of countless repetition and evolve into the WE level and see the world
as Wone.

Getting back to the Big Bang,  WE must think of this Big Bang and the I(+).
I being the Infinite and Plus (+) being the explosion.  The I(+) or Infinite
Totality is in the center and the various huebeing entities are mass and
energy separating from (I+).  Man is constantly and eternally being forced
to choose between the spiritual awareness and the physical existence.
Sometimes the choice is made for him.  But the spiritual aware person likes
to be able to make the choice themselves.  Therefore, scientists talk of the
Big Bang, the universal focal point from which all existence evolved.  "From
the one, many."  In addition, anthropologists have recently claimed that all
huebeings can be traced back to the ancestral tree to one female in Africa
they call "Eve" that was the mother of all huebeings or homo sapiens, as
anthropologists prefer to call heubeings.  The Bible states that all
humanity came from Adam and Eve and we humans are all directly related.
Consequently, both science and religion agree we are all related sharing the
same genealogical background and DNA gene pool.  Basically stated, we all
came from the same primordial soup but we have been doled out and cross
blended to be in many different looking and tasting bowls.  Pardon me for
the analogy but it is only proving that we are all united.

Now to find how this separation was created, think of your own birth and
growth and finally your separation from your parents.  We all need to be
independent to be separate and different.  We wanted to strike out on our
own and to create our own identities.  We want to be independent but yet we
are all independently related and reliant on each other.  The days of a
Daniel Boone setting off on his own are gone.  But even Daniel was dependent
on other people for his rifle, his powder, his ax and seeds for growing his
garden.  "No man is an island, entire unto himself".  So, although man has
separated he has remained in contact with his fellow beings forming families
and communities.  He elects leaders and groups together for companionship
and protection.  The spiritual evolution of huebeings is based on his desire
to unite with the Supreme Being and to recognize and appreciate part of the
Supreme Being in himself and in other fellow beings.  Up until the sixties
in the last century, man was stuck in the US and them mentality US being the
plural of (U) or you, whichever way you look at it.  The point here is that
a person was thought of as being only as a (u) you and part of US (a bunch
of (u)s.  An example of this was the "Uncle Sam Wants You" poster and was
epitomized by JFK and his statement "Ask not what your country can do for
you, but what you can do for your country."  Although this statement sounds
good on the surface, a deeper understanding and awareness shows that this
(u) you concept leads to the abuse of the person or individual for the sake
of the government or powers that be.  For example, "you" are needed to go to
Viet Nam, "you" need to pay your taxes, "you" need to believe what "you" are
told, "you" are to listen to what the government says, etc.  Finally, and
thankfully, a number of people elevated their thinking from the "you" level
to a higher state of awareness and reached the ME level of awareness.  This
process of evolving past the "you" level has been call"youside".  WE don¹t
need "you" the term "you", and the throng of enlightened beings vaulted past
"you" to the ME level of awareness.  People realized that they were being
"yoused" and evolved into the ME level.

THE ME LEVEL

The ME level basically goes on the assumption that all beings true to
identity is not John Jones or Mary Smith but (ME) "a name I call myself."
Every being on this planet is ME or Mass Energy.  ME also stands for Mother
Earth.  All our physical makeup is made of Mass and Energy and from Mother
Earth.  Every person¹s true identity on earth is ME. A good way to
understand  this concept is to get very close to another huebeing and look
them directly in the eye and who do you see "ME".  Everyone is ME, our true
entity.  Once one reaches the ME level then one must not only realize that
he or she is ME but also every other being is ME.  Therefore, with this
level of awareness, a being at the ME level would not want to steal from
other MEs or hurt other MEs or fight ME in any way.  The perfectly realized
ME was Jesus Christ when he stated "Only through ME shalt thou enter the
Kingdom of Heaven," "Follow ME" and "Love thy neighbor as thyself."
Whosoever believeth in ME shall not perish but shall have everlasting life.
The Old Testament states "Thou shalt have no other gods before ME".

The primary benefit of the ME level was to realize the beauty, uniqueness
and importance of our own existence.  By being ME, a person no longer needs
to compete or envy other beings.  There is an eternal sense of self worth
and self esteem, a feeling of infinite importance and godlike appreciation
for our own existence.  By reaching the ME level, a person no longer has to
be submissive and abused by another being and conversely a being at the ME
level would never dominate, mistreat or abuse another fellow being who is
also ME.

This ME level of awareness has brought profound changes.  It has not been
completely achieved by any of the ME beings and all MEs are still bubbling
and vacillating not being able to stay or maintain the ME level of awareness
until all beings reach the ME level.  Therefore, the whole purpose of the
WEsolution and WEvision is to have all being reach the purified ME level not
the greedy "little me" level and to recognize ourselves and all other beings
as ME and realize that all these MEs together form WE and the WEflection of
ME is WE.

So please appreciate the WEvision and WEalize that everything written in
this book is for the express purpose of WEvising the way WE think, the way
WE talk and the way WE act.  There is a peaceful WEvolution taking place and
WE all must WEmember to WEmind our fellow huebeings of the fact that WE are
all WElated.  IT is not silWE or WEdiculous but it is all based on WEality
and, therefore, All WE¹s WEmember WE"our" the WEall thing. WEOURWONE.

WE, the people of the Whole Earth West East currently face a number of
ecological, political, economic, and religious concerns on the planet.
There are very few problems we can solve alone, but all our concerns can be
solved by working together.  WE includes all people and an awareness by
everyone of the unity of all huebeings, but also the respect for and
appreciation of the uniqueness of each individual.

Nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come.  Now, the Whole
Earth is reaching the WE level of awareness.  WE all want to have certain
basic needs and simple desires satisfied.  WE all want people to have a
clean and safe environment without pollution and crime.  WE all want to have
enough food to satisfy our hunger and supply our nutritional needs.  WE want
to have enough clothes to keep us warm and provide us with some pride and
dignity.  WE all want shelter to protect us from the elements of cold, heat,
snow and rain.  WE all want some meaningful employment to help provide these
necessities and also allow us to provide some additional luxuries and
advantages for ourselves and our loved  ones.

These things all seem reasonable and practical.  However, our world has been
working under archaic systems that have prevented this simple but elusive
desire of all mankind to be manifested.  Now the idea of the WEvision has
reached a point where it is not only practical but necessary for all those
desires to be fulfilled.

In the East, breakaway republics are forming new governments in drastic need
of becoming part of a worldwide political and economic system to provide an
alternative to their past alliances.  In the West, the capitalistic concept
of "US first" has resulted in the concentration of a huge amount of wealth
in the hands of a few, the decreasing of the worth and stability of the
middle class and the tremendous increase in the level of poverty and
homelessness on the continent.  What is needed is a worldwide WEalignment of
our basic priorities and practices.  Mahatma Gandhi stated, "There is enough
for the world¹s need but not the world¹s greed."

The concepts for this book are simple and self-explanatory.  They are based
on the principle of power within rather than outside force.  This power is a
peaceful power and is based on a peaceful WEvolution and WEawareness of the
concept of Wone world and Wone people.  WE are Wone.  WE have all the power.
WE just have to know who WE are, where WE want to go, and how WE want to get
there.

It is playing a new game; old rules are out and we play with a new concept
of ownership and participation.  No longer will people kill for money or
power.  WE have turned the tide on greed ­ WE have begun a New World Order
based on the Unity and Woness of all the huebeings.
 WEcology

"We all share a common H.O.M.E Here on Mother Earth"

The most urgent and most permanent concern facing the world is our
ecological systems or man¹s inability to live in harmony with the existing
natural system.  Man has always been pitted against the elements of rain,
cold, heat and scarcity of food and water.  It was necessary for man to
protect himself against these elements and also to provide himself with the
basics of food and drink and clothing and other material desires.  Humanity
constantly struggled with its natural environment, which was everything
around it.  Imagine ancient beings, thrust into this alien environment,
forced to contend with the demands of their own bodies.  We needed food to
eat, a shelter from rain, snow and sun, and clothing to keep ourselves warm.

Ideally, if we can us the biblical model of Adam and Eve living in Eden, we
can see that man could have lived in harmony with Nature.  There was plenty
of food.  Therefore, WE did not need, for hunger¹s sake, to eat from the
tree of good and evil.  There was no need for clothing, so the temperature
was ideal.  As far as living arrangements, they could have just been
sleeping under the stars and since they loved each other, they didn¹t need
to attract people with jewelry or furs.  Adam didn¹t have to go to work or
to produce goods to barter or sell to get what he needed.  It was a pretty
ideal situation.

What happened?  The best way to answer this is to jump to the present.
Man¹s struggle is self-evident.  We have cut, stripped, poisoned, scraped,
blown up, polluted, overheated, contaminated, paved, divided, dredged,
burned, pumped, dammed, domesticated, mutated, bombed and killed Nature.
Our real struggle has been with Nature and people have just gotten in the
way rather than the other way around.  Wars will stop when we quit fighting
Nature and love and respect it.

Einstein and all great scientists have stated that everything on this plan
or planet of existence is emanation of energy.  Protons, neutrons and
electronics make up all things, be they labeled, to our limited perception,
"living" or "non-living" objects such as rocks that we cannot perceive as
moving but are in a constant state of electronic vibrations.  As in Star
Wars, the term "Let the Force be with you."  Therefore all things share this
common energy glued together by some invisible cosmic force.

WE then must assume that all things are alive, as in the Gaia theory of
Earth as a living, moving entity, capable of acting and reacting.  WE then
begin to see the importance of unifying the planet into one WEcological
unit.  If the Sun can be assumed to be living, pouring out billions of tons
of energy daily, are we to assume that Earth is a dead plant?  No, it is
alive just as much as WE exist and are alive.

Earth moves ­ feel the earthquakes.  Earth breathes ­ feel the wind.  Earth
blows off steam and volcanoes, Earth cries with rain, hail and snow.  It is
constantly shifting, eroding, striking out with lightening ,truly to think
that it is not alive, we deny reality.  It doesn¹t have arms or legs, but
its essence and aliveness cannot be denied.  This wonderful Earthly being is
called Gaia and is considered one organism.  It knows no separate borders
and divisions other than land and water.  It must be treated like one
complete enITy.  Ancient man knew this and respected the Earth with god
images.  Then the sovereignty of Earth was circumvented and emphasis placed
on earthly leaders and heavenly concepts.  When it comes to Wone World
WEcology we must realize that all the problems of global warming, pollution
and depletion of our rain forests are concerns that affect the entire planet
and all its inhabitants and are created by all inhabitants.

The actions of each huebeing will directly or indirectly affect the entire
planet.  WE each use hundreds of thousands of gallons of water, throw away
tons of garbage, pollute the atmosphere with smog creating vehicles, deplete
our natural resources by careless use.  In order to prevent further
destruction of the planet, a combined effort ­ and agency ­ must be formed
to protect the entire planet.

Some simple WEsolutions can be found to help this WEcology.  The first step
is to WEduce.  Big is not better.  Consumption should not be considered a
sense of power or a sound principle.  WE must conserve by sharing and
WEducing our usage of various products and lessening our dependency on oil
or other natural WEsources.  WE need to drive less, walk more, make fewer
trips ­ walk to the grocery store or to the other places of business in our
neighborhoods.  The neighborhood will become a safer place if more people
are walking and conserving energy.

Eat less and you will defecate less.  We need to quit polluting our oceans
with urine and feces.  We need to establish composting toilets that will
turn waste materials into compost.  We need to grow more of our own food,
not only in our own yards, but in community gardens where free produce is
easily accessible to the homeless, thus decreasing our dependency on the
supermarket.  What¹s wrong with having orange and peach and grapefruit trees
on our streets instead of having ornamental trees in the parkways in front
of our homes and alongside our highways?

The WEcology needs to be preserved through a WEduction in the use of water
and by cutting back on junk mail and newspapers.  WE need to compost all our
grass and leaves, kitchen scraps, and we need to urinate on the compost and
pour old dishwater on it to help it decompose quickly.  WE must WEvaluate
every aspect of our normal living behavior.

We need to cut down on driving and start using computer terminals for work.
We need to consume less food, not eat meat or chicken, and begin to
cultivate our own gardens and plant community fruit trees and community
gardens to provide food. We need to begin to see the world as one big
famiWE.  

Not eating meat will eliminate the huge agri-business that is destroying the
rainforest as well as consuming and polluting our water and using huge land
masses to produce far less food than would come from growing crops and
finally cutting down on the risk of heart disease and cancer through reduced
amounts of animals fats and cholesterol in our daily diets.

Next, WE must WEuse.  How many items do you have that you don¹t need.  That
just clutter up your life.  Get rid of these things.  Have garage sales.
Give them to the homeless.

WEcycle paper cans, auto tires, everything that is possible.  Demand items
that can be WEcycled and buy only items that can be WEcycled.   WEpair old
items.  Cars try to create the need for overconsuming.  WEfuse to accept
junk mail and clutter your life with useless products.  WE should all talk
about natural WEsources and the beauty of nature.  The WEsources belong to
all WEs.  Our love of Mother Earth is a common bond.  WE all share the same
eternal roots. Earth is our common WE(ward).

The WEology needs to be preserved through a WEduction in the use of water

The whole basic philosophy of capitalism is supply and demand free of
artificial restrictions.  Only when there is a free market of the Whole
Earth economy can there be an equitable distribution system of goods and
labor.  Wages and prices will initially fluctuate, but the true WEmarket
economy will prevail.  The only restriction will be to prevent hoarding
practices such as oil companies have done, and there will be a minimum-wage
law for the entire planet.  There will be no more "have nots" ­ only
"haves."  All people will have the minimum of food, clothing and shelter.
All people who wish to work will be in a universal labor pool and will be
willing to WElocate to various areas where their particular skills are
WEquired.

The WEsolution will WEquire the combined efforts of all people working
together for the benefit of their individual selves as well as the
collective whole.  The WEsolution is not a communist plot to rob from the
rich to give to the poor.  No, it is based on the assumption that real
riches are spiritual and that the material plane provides more than enough
goods to satisfy the basic food, clothing, shelter and medical needs of all
people.  Once these basics are provided through a concentrated effort, no
one needs to lose anything they already have.

The enemies are hunger, poverty and disease; the weapons against them are
food, shelter and medical treatment.  All the other money previously spent
on weapons and destruction will be transferred through the peaceful
WEvolution into providing WElief for the needy.

WE are not talking about fancy homes or seven-course meals; rather we are
talking basic shelter in the form of large, open facilities, similar to
hotels, with all the social amenities.  The people who live there will pay
for their lodging with WElief checks.  Simple but nourishing food and
medical care will be provided in these shelters as well.  A counseling
system for all the inhabitants will provide psychological testing, therapy
and pregnancy guidance to prevent deformed, drug-dependent, or unwanted
children.  A strong support system for single parents will include childcare
and shelter.  These large, dorm-like shelters will house single men and
women and families, primarily on a temporary basis, to eliminate the need to
them to sleep on the street, that is, be homeless.  The system will provide
employment opportunities for people to work and accumulate enough money and
stability to allow them to make a down payment on and quality for low-income
housing.  These houses will be designed to provide the necessities of family
life, with two to three bedrooms and two baths and a fireplace that can heat
the house in an emergency.  There will be fair-sized front and backyards to
provide privacy and a recreation area for the children.

The transition home will be affordable steps for people to provide
themselves with establishment-type housing of the future.  These large,
dorm-like structures can be converted from existing empty hotels or large
office building, with showers added to the restrooms in the latter.  The
transition homes and yards can be created in areas where existing structures
need to be torn down and replaced.  Many jobs will be created in their
construction.  Full employment will be created and by building they can buy
a home they help built.  Yes, this will cost money, but the money will be
pumped right back into the economy.  In addition, residents can help
construct their homes, contributing their labor or "sweat equity."

Actually, with the WEconomy, money will never be a problem.  There will only
be one monetarWE system of a single type of currency.  It will be based on
the decimal system, with one hundredth being equal to a penny, a 20th being
equal to a nickel and a 10th being equal to a dime.  A quarter will still be
a quarter and a half will still be 50 pieces of one monWE.  The money supply
will be unlimited whenever new money is needed the money will just be
printed.  There will not have to be any borrowing or deficit or interest
payments.  There will be no other money to compare it against its value will
not fluctuate against any other currencies.

Food, bed and a roof over your head will be the battle cry for the
WEconomical WEvolution.

The food supply of the world will be increased to a tremendous level, there
will be no restrictions.  The only WEstrictions would be to eliminate beef
from our diets, no more artificial fertilizers and pesticides.  Steers would
be created and very few cows would be impregnated, only those for dairy
production and the supply of cows would diminish naturally.  In the place of
cows, WE must have huge WE Gardens full of food for all the people.

It is not communism, it is WEalism.  Communism implies a separate unit, a
commune of organized structure and membership.  WEalism has no limit to
membership or boundaries.  WE, all the people of the planet, are WEmembers,
everything is ours.  All things are our natural WEsources.  The air WE
breathe, the water WE use, the oil WE need, all the food WE grow, it is for
everyone.  WE grow the food for WE, WEat, BarWE, BroccalWE, CarWE and other
healthful foods.

The new WEconomy places a value on everything according to its health or
value to the ecology of the planet.

Something very detrimental to health ­ cigarettes, beef, alcohol ­ would be
very expensive.  Polluting automobiles or anything that has an adverse
affect such as alcohol or tobacco would have huge taxes on them.

The whole idea here is to use the WEconomy as a method of improving the
WEcology of the planet, and to help add support and stability to the
WEpublic of Earth, and the health of its members.

The fear here is that we will be controlled by foreign or outside forces.
But there will be no foreigners, no outsiders, everything is done by
elections and each area will control their own destiny.  Small independent
WEpublics acting locally, thinking globally.

A new method of calculating the Gross World Profit (GWP) must be based on
value added.  Destruction and negative items will not be considered inputs
to the GWP.  A bomb, for example, would not be counted or a fighter plane,
only items that add to the total positive wealth.

There will be a formula.  Also, people will have a certain value as well as
automobiles, tractors, houses, all forms of transportation.  WE will be
continually adding to the Total WEalth of the planet.

WE will not take from anyone¹s wealth but will add to all peoples¹ wealth.
The WEdefining of what has Wealth will put more emphasis on fresh air, pure
water, trees, flowers, open fields.  The best things in life are freeWE, but
they will be added to the total WEalth of the world.  And the new accounting
system (total WEalth) will be divided by the total population to give an
average worth of a WEmember.

    Earth WEalth $300 Trillion Dollars    =    $50,000 (Average)
            6,000 Billion People        (WEmember value)

This will increase the self-worth of all people and show the benefit of
adding to WEalth and controlling population.

There has to be a world view of what true WEalth is, and an expanded
ownership of all our natural WEsources:  A protectorate to prevent the
misuse of oil, trees, plants, animals, all things that are our natural
WEsources and belong to all of WE.

The whole idea of supply and demand will be computerized.  People will list
what they want and can afford based on standardized pricing and a universal
monetary system.

People will focus on what is a necessity, but also realize that it will be
available.  There will be no shortages.  So you will have to be objective
about what you should buy to begin with and then later the other luxuries
will be bought, but they of course will cost more.

Money that would be devoted to that industry is better spent developing
something new and different than to continue to produce old and outdated
items.

The idea of one business language coincides with the requirement of
universal communication aspect of the WEvision.  All people and country
states need to be able to converse without difficulty.  English just absorbs
all the various languages by using and adopting words from all languages,
but just using English pronunciation and spelling.  English always has been
a changing multi-faceted language adapting to every user and circumstance it
confronts.

The final step is the establishment of a world monetary system and one
universal medium of exchange.  This is a little difficult, but this new
monetary system will have to create an established money fund based on the
sum total of all money in various forms.  There will be a ten year
changeover period.  Whereby all money in all forms is exchanged for the new
money at a particular rate.

Therefore all rubles, yen, francs, pounds, dollars, etc. will be converted
at the rate for that particular date.  This is already a practice where all
the money has an established rate of exchange, and it is therefore frozen at
that rate.  January 1, 2001 all money is then converted over to the new
monWE system and the exchange rate will remain in place for three years
until all the money is exchanged.  The money will all be a special hologram
laser disc type money that will not wear out.
 WEpublic of Earth
"WE are not divided all wone nation "WE"

The only true way to eliminate conflicts between nations is to have one
Giant combiNation of all the existing countries.  Through the "e pluribus
unum" philosophy that seems to be working in the United States, and the
existing trends developing in the European Common Market, and the need for a
United Nations peacekeeping force, it is fairly obvious that all countries
need to be and can be WEunited to form one WEpublic of Earth.

There will be one centralized government but each local area and country
will retain their own separate identity and governmental processes.  The
whole WEsolution is based on the assumption that everyone will gain and no
one will lose when you combine all the political economical and ecological
WEsources and have one unified WEligion of Love uniting all people, not
necessarily destroying existing beliefs.

There will be no loss of individuality since all people will maintain their
own uniqueness.  Various countries will become independent states but part
of one large country.

Certain restrictions on sales tax levels will be placed so that no
particular country state can gouge travelers from other areas or its own
inhabitants.  Sales and other taxes are to be limited to 20% of everything
sold or paid in wages.  Sales tax can be a maximum of 5% and income tax a
maximum of 20%.  Each area will contribute half of its income to the
WEpublic.

Another unique way is to have the special monWE that is a hologram design
that is unique.  All the money starts out as a complete hologram.  But as it
is spent, it must go through a special scanner that takes a certain
percentage, say 5%, off from the hologram, so that each time the value is
decreased by 5%, and that goes to the government, so that after 20 exchanges
the money is retired and of no value.  Everyone would know how much the
money is worth looking at the hologram.  Once the money becomes worthless,
it is replaced with new money that keeps the money pool intact to a certain
level and there is always only so much in circulation.

As the population increases and the production of goods and services
increases, new money will be added to the system to keep the supply adequate
for the demand.

The money has a built-in time release and will slowly lose value if not
updated by having the hologram enhanced.

So money would have to be out in the open or in a certified bank account
that would enhance it.

The WEsolution will solve two major social problems.  Religious
discrimination and drug use.

The WEligion, as we discussed, combines all the various religions into one
Universal WEligion of Love for all of mankind.  This concept will eliminate
the differences and discrimination by religions.  What is needed to
eliminate racial separation is for all people to begin to view themselves as
part of one Universal "huebing" of hues of color of a multitude of different
shades.  WE the people of this planet are all different hues or WEflections
emanating from the same eternal light source.  We all had a common ancestor
called Eve according to biblical scholars and evolutionary anthropologists.
WE are all WElated and part of one giant Earthly family.  WE share the same
DNA.  WE all have to eliminate separating labels and discriminating slurs.
WE all are Earthlings:  no more whites, blacks, Hispanics, Orientals, etc.
WE all must begin referring to ourselves as Earthlings or members of the
huebeing race on census forms and job applications.  WE will no longer list
ourselves as any race or allow ourselves to be labels as a separate race.
People want to belong to something and have pride.  We are Wone planet and
Wone people.








The WEligion

"WE are all WEflection of wone eternal light"

You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you WE.  Are there any
true words than this statement?

Only through understanding the true state of reality can we begin to free
ourselves from false beliefs.  The only true WEality is that WE are all part
of WONE entity and that the truth is that WE are WONE.

All separate beliefs have a "lie" in them:  be(lie)f.

It is utterly ridiculous to have separate beliefs in various eternal
entities.

Isn¹t it far better to know the truth and replace a belief with knowledge,
and misunderstanding with understanding?

WE all need to form together in the one WEligion of Love.  All people belong
to the WEligion:  there is no charge for this membership.

This WEalization of the unity of all people can cause a WEbirth and a
WEsurrection of the WEall principle of Universal love and life.  WE all need
to be WEcreated and have a WEvival of the Universal principles of Truth,
Life, and Love.  This WEalization will cause a WEdemption of the huebeing
family and WEjoicing will WEsult.

We are all WEflections of the one Eternal light and we are all different
hues or rays of this one light, and we are huebeings.  The wone, true,
WEssiah is WEisUS that includes all beings on an equal level.

 THE WEsolution
"None of WE is as smart as all of WE"

The ultimate WEsolution provided for the happiness of all people, based on
the ability or requirement that no one else needed to be injured or
deprived.  Therefore, the first requirement was to provide the basic
economic necessities to all people.  That is a given in the WEall game of
life.  When one suffers, WE all suffer, so to eliminate the suffering or the
lack of satisfaction and enjoyment for all people then the needs of the few
for food, shelter, clothing, and medicine need to be satisfied.  How can WE
truly enjoy the good life amidst the suffering of others?  So to satisfy the
desires of the soul and to provide a clean conscience, there can be no more
deprived or homeless.  The WEpublic of Earth can supply all the needs just
by printing more money.  There will be no inflation or depression because
all prices for the basics of clothing, food, and housing are frozen at a
particular level.  The desire for food will decrease when there is a
satisfaction with life, and no binge or eating disorders will result.
Marijuana will be a legal drug and will lessen the need to eat, and make
people more introspective.

People will eat less, exercise more, have a less stressed and more peaceful
existence.  Clothing will be the basic blue jeans, although the wealthy can
still have their fancy clothes, but who cares?  Wearing fancy clothes will
become like wearing animal furs:  very un-chic, un-hip, un-revolutionary.
Some types of automobiles will be provided.  They won¹t be Yugos but will be
WEgoes.  A very normal type design with various colors, of course, but
dependable and standard interchangeable parts to keep the WEgo going
indefinitely.

WE all need a code to live by.  This is the Declaration of Interdependence.

 The Declaration of Interdependence

WE the people of the Whole Earth, West and East, declare the need of all
people to work together to provide for our common good.  WE all need and
depend on each other to survive.

WE need to eliminate any separation based on religion, race, creed, or
national origin, and focus on the common origin and conditions we all are
experiencing.  WE need to provide the basics of food, clothing, and shelter
for all people on the planet.

WE need to raise our consciousness to the WEall level of human concern and
awareness for the well-being of each other.  Our true pleasure in life
should come from providing benefits and enjoyment to other people who are
all extended members of the Earth family.

WE need to concentrate on the basic goodness and understanding of all
people, keeping our thoughts and wishes simple and achievable.

We can solve the homeless problem by building more homes, creating more jobs
as well as homes.

Drugs and their use can be eliminated when the WE level is achieved because
this WE level will provide a calming WEsolution to peoples questioning of
who they are and what they are doing and why they are here?  All the answers
will be provided, there will be no more questions.

Racial strife will be eliminated.  WE all are huebeings all just different
hues or reflections of light from the same eternal source.  No more black or
white, red or yellow, just huebeings.

Wars will be eliminated since we all are one WEpublic of Earth Sharing and
WEdistribution will create a peaceful and plentiful WEcovery and a WEsession
of abundance for posterity.

All religious strife will cease when the WEligion of Love is the realized
and all beings are included in.

People will use solar energy, not kill animals for food, eat healthier, live
longer and with less medicine.  Pollution will be minimized and eliminated.
All great and glorious things will occur.  WEmember, where there is no
WEvision the people perish.

WE all must share this common WEvision and work together to create peace and
posterity for all WEs.

This WEvision and WEsolution is only the beginning.  The process and
WEalization  is in its infancy and will not progress and grow until more
WEcruits join the WEvolution an WEach the WE level and WEvise the way WE
think, the way WE speak, and the way WE act.  This is not WEdundant or
WEpetitive but is very necessary.
