Hi, 

As you know Vicky is on medical leave and she was the one that issued credit for returned merchandise. I am now in the process of crediting returned merchandise for the time being. What I would like to do to make this process easier is all returned merchandise must have the original packing slip or if not the original there must be a note with the customers name, merchandise that has been returned , the company ordered from, the invoice or PO number and the date products originally ordered.

After this week  no merchandise will be credited unless this information is received with the products. Also all returns must be notified to me first with the original  PO. My email is isabella-rh38zoP+Z4tN2wP75U44/[email protected]

If you have PO's you can email me with merchandise that needs to be credited please email and I will check it in to make sure we have received it and than issue the credit.
