This Python has API version 1013, module neo_cs has version 1012

Hi,

We are seeing this this error in our apache error.log. You'll have to 
forgive me but I dont know what bit of our system uses ClearSilver. 
Our linux web server runs Trac and SVN sites, so I'm assuming it's 
used by Trac. 

The error that shows up is this;

Python C API version mismatch for module neo_cs: This Python has API 
version 1013, module neo_cs has version 1012

Is there an easy fix to this? I'm not sure that its a major error, 
but we are also seeing random "Internal Errors" showing up on pages 
and the Apache LDAP module appears to stop working. Though I'm sure 
this isnt related I want to rule out any errors that come up and this 
is appear *a lot* !.

Any ideas how we can resolve this ?
