[Patch] HDF node existence check operator [1 Attachment]

Hi everybody, Brandon,

I was dissatisfied with the value existence check operator ('?'), since most
of the time I need *node* existence check, instead. So I added such
operator. I have used '~' symbol - although possibly confusing, it could be
easily changed.

Those interested, please find the patch attached. Please note, that it is
made against previous release (0.10.4), but it should apply fine to the
latest one.
