Bug in lists.mod.xsl ?

Hi,

I'm trying to use db2latex to convert one of my docbook documents to
latex but I didn't want to bother installing a command line XSLT
processor so I want to use one of the processors embedded in my Oxygen
XML editor.  And when I launch the transformation (using Saxon 6.5.3)
I get an error on line 273 of lists.mod.xsl :

Description: E xsl:param must be immediately within a template,
function or stylesheet

Is it normal ? Is there a bug ?
