Re: About the version 0.8.3 in CVS, bugs in docbook2X, etc.

Still attempting a sandbox build on Cygwin, but having some problems:

  Out of memory during "large" request for 134221824 bytes, total sbrk() is 286203904 bytes at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/cygwin-multi-64int/Encode.pm line 190.
