So what doesn't seem to be explicitly mentioned is what happens to those=20
of us who are not formally OASIS members, but have been participating in=20
the mailing list nonetheless as interested "observers", shall we call=20
it.  The materials that have circulated all seem to be aimed only at=20
members.

So just curious...
