Doxygen-1.3-rc2 released

Hi,

I have just released the second release candidate for version 1.3 of doxygen.
This release removes quite a number of problems found in the first release
candidate (thanks to all who have reported problems). Please test this 
release and let me know if you encounter any remaining problems.
