citestylex dtd: LINK element

Hi Markus,

I need to check on what's happening with the LINK element in 
citestylex.  I gather from the recent change to citestylex that LINK 
ROLE='0' maps to the ris tag URL.  Is this so?  If a bibliographic style 
includes

    <LINK ROLE='0'>
       <PRECEEDING>, </PRECEEDING>
       <FOLLOWING></FOLLOWING>
    </LINK>

will this be replaced during processing with the contents of the ris URL 
field?
