Makestyle (and other) changes

Hi Markus,

I've updated makestyle to match v.1.4 of citestylex.

All my addons are now packaged as proper autotool-generated tarballs and 
Debian packages.

I've added tarballs and debs for MARC::Record and MARC::Charset to 
provide all perl dependencies for refdb in those formats.  The refdb deb 
suggests, rather then demands, them as the user may have installed them 
from perl sources.

Some of the new packages are:

    'refdb-makestyle' & 'libperl-refdb-makestyle':
        provides makestyle

    'vim-docbk-xml-refdb':
        vim plugin for docbook xml and refdb

    'refdb-cache' and 'libperl-refdb-cache':
        provides a caching server for refdb (used by vim-docbk plugin)

    'libperl-term-clui' and 'libperl-term-clui-fileselect':
        provides perl module 'Term::Clui'

The debs live under 'debian/' and the source tarballs live under 'source/'.

In the next couple of days I'll amend the addons page and make an 
announcement to the list.

I'm still not supplying a new cvs deb for refdb until the dependencies 
on libdbi are satisfied in debian testing.
