As Markus told me before, it is not mandatory to rebuild the docs since
the source tarball already provides them.
I've thus bypassed the complete building by not providing the
buildrequires (programs needed to build the docs in the rpm process), by
commenting them.
That does not help you much directly but may simplify the problem ;-)
