User is not properly added?

refdbd does not check the underlying database engine, as e.g. SQLite
does not have any concept of access control. Instead, it checks for
entries in the t_user table of the current database. These entries are
created no sooner than a user adds or picks references though. So
immediately after adding a new user listuser won't find him. Think of
the listuser command as "who has entries in the database" rather than
"who has access to the database".
