PHP support not installed

I just downloaded RLIB - it looks like it will work great for the  
project I'm working on.  I ran 'configure' on my Fedora Core 4 system  
and noticed that PHP support wasn't installed.  It's looking for php- 
config, which doesn't exist on my system - this is because the php  
rpm was installed during the OS installation, but not the php-devel  
rpm.  It might be worth mentioning this in the docs somewhere.
