Proposed Draft UAX #42: Unicode Character Database in XML

The draft document for Public Review Issue #109 has been updated. The  
closing date for review remains 2008-01-28.

This draft UAX describes an XML representation of the Unicode Character  
Database, and is available for public review and comment. Details are on  
the review page, and the background document for the PRI:
