Public Review Issue #103: Proposed Update to UAX #29

http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr29/tr29-12.html

This proposed update has been updated to draft 3. Note that this new draft
reflects a change of title to "Unicode Text Segmentation" which will be
applied in Unicode 5.1.0.

Specific changes in this draft include the following:

* Added SContinue (sentence-continue) to improve sentence segmentation

* Added MidNumLet to improve word segmentation, by allowing certain
characters to "bridge" both numbers and alphabetic words.

* Added informative note and open issue on the use of space in numbers.

* Made changes to property values for Word/Sentence break. For many of
these, there are open issues in the document for which UTC would appreciate
feedback. (See the Modifications section of the document for details.)

The period for public review closes on January 28, 2008.

If you have comments for official UTC consideration, please post them by
