Making proposal plans for the UCS for these constructed scripts on Omniglot and Provisionally Assigned Noto Font Ideas

The scripts I'm proposing are constructed scripts from Omniglot for scripts
that are needed in the UCS. Unicode is making proposals for the scripts
that people made from Omniglot and need to be known for people to see on
Unicode.

Proposing These Scripts

   - Tapissary (U+x5000-U+x65FF), Noto Font: Noto Serif Tapissary
   - Muplo (U+x1000-U+x10FF), Noto Font: Noto Sans Muplo
   - Muplo Cursive (U+x1100-U+x117F), Noto Font: Noto Sans Muplo
   - Oxidilogi (U+x1800-U+x183F), Noto Font: Noto Sans Oxidilogi

Proposing These Color Scripts

   - Undine (U+yC000-U+yD9FF), Noto Fonts: Noto Color Undine & Noto Sans
   Undine

These scripts are the next coming up version and the following version for
these Noto Font ideas when it comes out.

Unicode 17.0

   - Sidetic (U+10940-U+1095F), Noto Font: Noto Sans Sidetic
   - Tolong Siki (U+11DB0-U+11DEF), Noto Font: Noto Sans Tolong Siki
   - Chisoi (U+16D80-U+16DAF), Noto Font: Noto Serif Chisoi
   - Beria Erfe (U+16EA0-U+16EDF), Noto Font: Noto Sans Beria Erfe
   - Tai Yo (U+1E6C0-U+1E6FF), Noto Font: Noto Sans Tai Yo

Unicode 18.0

   - Jurchen & Jurchen Radicals (U+18E00-U+191FF), Noto Font: Noto Serif
   Jurchen
