Yes, you can set up a customized search order such that "ꝃ" is sorted as "ker". There are some precedents on this, you can consult the cofiguration for German sorting order where the letter "ß" (scharfes s) is sorted as the string "ss".

These characters are used in the breton language (brezhoneg) and stand for the word, usually used as a prefix, "Ker" (or "ker").

Is there any way to specify this expansion in a setting of a font so that a search on "ker" world return ꝃ and vice versa?
