Hello CLDR Team, I’d like to request adding a new locale for Brahui (ISO 639-3: brh), primarily used in Pakistan (brh_PK). I have prepared the Core Data for New Locales and am ready to submit a CLDR Jira ticket. However, when I try to create an issue at unicode-org.atlassian.net Jira Project: CLDR, I receive: “You are not authorized to perform this operation,” even though I’m logged in. My Atlassian account email:[email protected] Could you please grant me permission to create issues in the CLDR project? If that’s not possible, I can paste the full ticket content here (or share it as a document) and someone on the team can file it on my behalf. Additional context : Brahui is a classified as a Dravidian language. It is spoken mainly in Balochistan, Pakistan( also in Sindh, Punjab), as well as in Sistan Balochistan (Iran) , Afghanistan. and is commonly written in an Arabic-based script (Urdu/Nastaliq style). Thank you for your guidance. Best regards, Hammad Mengal
