I think Martin is correct that Youtube and the Saturday Night Live Youtube Channel block some SNL videos based on country. My experience living in Canada is that I can watch a few SNL videos from my Canadian IP address, but for most videos, when I attempt to play them, Youtube gives me an error message like, "The uploader has not made this video available in your country." When I then use a VPN to pretend to be at a USA IP address, Youtube plays the video for me without problems. And, I watched this particular video, via VPN if I recall correctly.
