TUS 17.0.0, section 6.2.4 (“Dashes and Hyphens”), paragraph 3 mentions both U+2014 EM DASH (first) and U+2013 EN DASH in this context, so I’m curious how EN DASH was determined to be more Unicode “compliant.”

I guess today is just my day to be curious.
