At any rate, there's always https://qurgh.blogspot.com/ which is a blog 
not only in Klingon but entirely in pIqaD and NOT in Latin 
transcription, using the "standard" PUA assignments (and don't you dare 
say "well, you have the PUA, isn't that enough?" or I'll oppose every 
possible addition to Unicode on the same grounds.) Does that not suffice 
for you?
