Yes.  As mentioned before, this question has been asked – and
answered.  Additioanlly, the topic has been extended by Hans and me,
including the bigger picture of adding new accidentals to Unicode.

It would be still good to have more information on the two characters
and how they have been used around 1998.  Ideally, it would be great
to have more scans of other scores.
