Allow rendering BMP images referenced in SVGs.
Probably something similar like "org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.codec.imageio.ImageIOJPEGRegistryEntry" could also be added for BMP images.
One of our clients requested this, they probably use the SVG inside a PDF file.
