{{PNGTranscoder}} class references {{org.apache.batik.transcoder.image.PNGTranscoderImageIOWriteAdapter}} which doesn't exists. It should be {{org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.codec.imageio.PNGTranscoderImageIOWriteAdapter}}
