A number of modules refer outside of their own modules to shared resources,=
 specifically, the LICENSE and NOTICE resources in the parent module, which=
 usage is considered undesirable and produces warnings in certain environme=
nts, e.g., Eclipse. The intent of this issue is to create a new, shared res=
ources module then from which these dependent resources will be unpacked an=
d copied into the referring modules.=C2=A0=C2=A0
